We have found that breakfast is where people generally vary the most as far as preferences and routines go. Additionally, the kits do not include breakfast in order to allow for some flexibility. Since people have various nutritional goals and needs, breakfast is where they can fill this in. We won’t leave you hanging though! Click here for delicious breakfast recipes.
Every week, we will send you simple and delicious recipes to keep you motivated on your meal prep journey. Eating healthy doesn’t mean just eating chicken breast and broccoli, and we will help you to simplify meal prep day!
Meal prep is the process of cooking and packing your food ahead of time so that you can eat healthy and delicious meals all week long. This basically means that you pick a day to shop for groceries, prep the ingredients, and cook your meals in bulk throughout the week.

For children’s diets, we highly recommend you see a trained nutritionist or a doctor. Our meal prep kit is created with a calorie requirement in mind for adults. However, we highly value education so we recommend explaining to your child the importance of nutrition.

First, we highly value safety so use a container that is made specifically for the microwave oven. According to the FDA, “glass, ceramic containers, and all plastics should be labeled for microwave over use.” Second, find a container that fits your needs. We prefer containers that have separate storage spots to separate out ingredients.
There isn’t a “best” container to use, but check out our Meal Prep Essentials page to see what we recommend!
Since the prices of ingredients varies by region, we cannot give an accurate price of every grocery bill. However, we can promise that you will save money by cooking your meals and not spending your money on takeout or at restaurants.

There is no getting around the fact that nutrition is important. You must eat healthy and nutritious meals with calories and macronutrients in mind in order to achieve your health and fitness goals. Our goal is to teach the importance of healthy eating throughout the day, and most people stray from their diet during lunch and dinner. By prepping ahead of time, people can avoid eating unhealthy meals for lunch and dinner. As for breakfast, everyone has different caloric needs, and our meal prep kits are designed with 1500 or less calories in mind so people can fill in the rest of their caloric need during breakfast.
No. There are no hidden fees. The price you see is all you have to pay.
This depends on your goals. Although we generally recommend 35% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 25% from fats, this depends on your body characteristics as well. Our meal plan will generally be around 35% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 25% from fats, though some weeks will have more carbs than fats.
We recommend 3-5 days’ worth of food in advance since the longer the food is in the fridge, the more likely it is to not taste as fresh.
Prepping a week’s worth of meals from start to finish can take anywhere between 2 to 4 hours, but it can save about 10 hours of cooking per week.
We are not professional nutritionists, but the research we have done suggests that meals can be stored for 3-5 days.
We recommend prepping on Sunday since most people have that day off, but meal prepping can be done on any day.
